Return Policy

Before returning any product, customers should contact the Coach & Equipment Parts Department at 1-800-724-8464 to obtain authorization for the return.

All parts must be returned within 30 days except electrical part(s), which must be returned in 10 days from the date that the part(s) are received.

A restocking fee of 25% may or may not be charged depending upon the circumstances at the time. If authorization is agreed upon, the Coach & Equipment Parts Department will mail, fax or email the customer a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. The form is also available on this site under the tab labeled forms. Please enclose the completed Return Material Authorization form (RMA) along with the packing slip or invoice. This helps to expedite processing and speeds up your return. Write the Return Material Authorization (RMA) on the box. Please keep a copy of the form your records.

When the returned part(s) along with the RMA and invoice or packing slip are received by Coach & Equipment, the RMA will be forwarded to the Parts Department and a credit will be issued.
